The PBX-in-a-Flash hosted Asterisk server is unique in that it is source based from the PBX-in-a-Flash repositories.  Instead of relying on RPM's like other distributions they rely on a combination of source code and install scripts.  There are also many add on scripts for doing various things automatically.  Our PBX-in-a-Flash Asterisk hosted server comes with a custom front end GUI for direct access to various areas on multiple security levels.  This is exactly the same GUI with all the scripts and everything else that you get if you were to install from ISO image directly onto dedicated hardware.

For support, PBX-in-a-Flash has a very active forum.  This is currently one of the better places to get information about Asterisk + FreePBX in general regardless of which distribution you choose.  This is also one of the better places to get tips and tricks to do many things not typically included with all the various Asterisk distributions.
